Well its not technically my first day! I have been logging my eating habits and workouts since January 8th on www.livestrong.com It has been really nice knowing what I am eating and what i have been doing. Also just today I wanted to start the one hundred push up challenge! I think i might be able to do it?! We will see! I really want to get my weight in control and I think I can lose the weight it is just about being able to actually pull through and lose it all! There are a few goals I have set for myself some have different dates but they are as follows
1. Size 8 - by June 1
2. 100 push ups - by March 12
3. Run a 5k in 45 minutes or less - February 28
4. Blog about my success once a week
As of today my progress/ current status is:
1. Size 16
2. 8 Push-ups (Real push-ups)
3. 5k ran in 52 minutes
4. Just started my blog!
I feel like the push ups is going to be the hardest goal to do. I have about 6 weeks to do it. But that's the challenge. 100 push ups in one hundred days.

Eating healthy for me is pretty hard, and I get really sick of eating the same thing every day! I just want variety! Except Mac and Cheese i could eat that all DAY!
I have almost stopped drinking soda all together, when Id o drink it I make sure its Diet and even though thats worse for you I feel better knowing there are no calories! Hopefully I can stick to my goals and stick to what I set out to do!
