These past few weeks have been really hard for me. I have not been seeing any changes in my weight what so ever... I know I am eating better than I ever have before really, and cant seem to get rid of any weight. It a roller-coaster right now. In January I was 240, now I am 225, but I was back up to 236 about 4 weeks ago. Now I have managed to get it back down again but I cant get over this 225 barrier. Its pissing me off. On the other hand, I feel better everyday, My workouts are more intense and I can run for longer than I ever have been able to. I ran 5 miles at about 4 mph avg. which i know isn't super fast but Its my fastest and I can get about 2 miles in 20 minutes. I feel awesome, and strong and I know the exercises are doing something but I cant seem to lose any weight. Its getting really frustrating and it makes me want to give up b/c still my clothes fit the same, and I weigh about the same and I just cant get any lower. It blows....
