A year?!
It's almost been a year since I posted the first time and let's just say nothing has changed I am still the exact same weight as I was and haven't gotten any better at running or lifting or push ups. The only thing I find lately is that when I stop drinking I find something to replace my drinking with like food and other soda and what not it seems like no matter what I consume the same amount of calories in a day just sometimes I do it with liquid and other times I do it with solid food. For me I feel like the liquid way is the way to go I am still getting calories but not as much of anything else. It's just crazy how much nothing has changed but at the same time so much has changed. I remember back when I was in elementary and jr high how we would do family resolutions and my aunts and everyone older would always do lose weight and they never did it I was so confused now I get it losing weight sucks and it's hard I don't want to only eat healthy and work out 7 days a week I like being lazy. Lol. But whatever we will try again next year.
